Ingredients
1 ½ pounds chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup honey
1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Place chicken thighs, olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey in a plastic bag or bowl to marinate for 30 minutes to two hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken thighs and marinade in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cover baking dish with tin foil and place in the oven for 35 minutes then remove tin foil and return to oven until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees or above.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve over steamed rice of cauliflower and with your favorite vegetables such as broccoli or asparagus.
