Working from home, at a desk or busy schedule make this difficult but we can still find pockets of time to move. One of the best times during your work day and schedule is the bathroom. Each time you go to the restroom, whether it is to relieve yourself, brush your teeth, shower or wash your hands - do five squats. This will slowly add up during your day and week. This will gradually build strength training and movement into your day while activating your largest muscle group.
